Q1:‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A1: Our initial MOQ is, in most cases, 200 pieces per style. We are willing to discuss a flexible quantity for sampling orders; however, complex custom designs might still have a higher minimum quantity.

Q2: Can you customize hats with our brand logo?

A2: Yes, definitely. We are a custom hat facility and provide the following methods for your brand logo: embroidery, screen printing, patches, woven labels, and sublimation. Just send us your design details, and we will make a sample of the pre-production for your confirmation.

Q3: What is your monthly supply capacity?

A3: Our factory has the capacity to produce more than 100,000 hats per month. In this way, we can assure delivery on time even for very large orders. We are open to international OEM and ODM requests without any limitation.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?

A4: We accept the payments through T/T, PayPal, Western Union, and L/C. When large-scale production is involved, the 30% deposit is the norm, and the rest of the amount is payable before delivery. Payment terms that are negotiable can be availed by long-term ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌customers.
